I have been oil painting since 2006 under the instruction of David Gillihan as a part of the Artists On Main Painting Society in Goodlettsville, TN. I have always been a really creative person and appreciate the artistic outlet painting provides for me. I typically paint in bright, vivid colors and love painting subjects that capture my eye – flowers, doors, unique landscapes etc… However, that is not a hard and fast rule. I also enjoy taking workshops from other artists to learn new styles which will help influence and create my own style. I look forward to growing as an artist and continuing to develop my creative abilities.
